At the 87th Annual Meeting of the AAPA in Austin Texas in April 2018, the AAPA and the American Association for the Advancement of Sciences Doser initiative (Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Religion) co-sponsored a symposium on “Biological Anthropology and Dialogue with Diverse Publics.” This successful symposium highlighted examples, challenges and broader strategies for effective engagement with diverse publics on topics within and beyond biological anthropology.
