The recent National Academy of Sciences report on Sexual Harassment of Women: Climate, Culture, and Consequences in Academic Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine demonstrates that sexual harassment isn’t just about sex but is fundamentally about the persistent hostility female scientists face.
