The aim of this archaeology and bioarchaeology field school is to learn of the lifestyle of the prehispanic population in Peru Highlands. Our project revolves around funeral aspects and ancestral cults. We are undertaking archaeological excavations in order to obtain information which helps us understand these subjects.The project is supported by Instituto de Estudios Huarinos under direction of Bebel Ibarra Asencios, Researcher of Department of Anthropology.
