Looking towards a more sustainable conference-going future
Starting this year, we are trying out a new way to help support the local environment of the city hosting our in-person conference. The AABA Local Arrangements Committee for Denver has chosen the Colorado Carbon Fund for an opt-in donation progam we will run during registration for the 2022 annual meeting. This organization partners with local businesses, people, and projects to protect Colorado's beautiful spaces. You can read about the projects they support.
If you are able, please consider donating as part of AABA's carbon offsets program for 2022. You will have the option to include a donation at the same time that you pay for your meeting registration.
Upon payment, you will receive an email noting your donation to a a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States. This donation may be tax-deductible depending on your circumstances.
Please email Vice President & Scientific Program Chair Leslea Hlusko if you have concerns, questions, or need immediately information.
