Applications for the Student Volunteer Program are now being accepted for the 2024 annual meeting in Los Angeles. The meeting registration fee will be waived for students accepted into the program, or reimbursed if already paid.

The deadline to apply is February 20, 2024.

All volunteers must:

• Be a student member of AABA for 2024
• Complete the application form in its entirety before the deadline of February 20, 2024
• Choose one of the following forms of assistance:
  • Provide assistance during the Los Angeles meeting (March 20-23, 2024). This could involve assistance at the registration desk, A/V in meeting rooms, or other activities as needed. Assistance at the in person meeting is our greatest need.
  • Act as a student photographer at the meeting in Los Angeles

In the event that there are more applicants than volunteer spots, positions will be offered in the order that the applications are received.

Students who are granted support will be notified by e-mail. If you are granted support you are obligated to provide assistance during the meeting; failure to fulfill your obligation will cause immediate cancellation of your support.
