The Department of Anthropology seeks a Forensic Anthropologist for a full-time, tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor starting August 2023. The Department seeks candidates who have an active research program in forensic anthropology and an interest in the biological consequences of inequality and discrimination and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The position requires teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including but not limited to introduction to biological anthropology, forensic anthropology, and human skeletal analysis. The candidate will also be responsible for developing undergraduate and graduate courses that align with forensic anthropology or closely-related topics. Faculty are expected to perform university and professional service and have an active research program that involves mentorship of undergraduate and graduate students.
