The Anatomy Laboratory Coordinator is a full-time staff position with responsibilities including overseeing day-to-day operations of the cadaveric anatomy labs for the College of Medicine and the College of Health Professions. Duties include working with faculty and students in support of educational programs in the Health Professions and Medical Schools, working with sourcing institutions for body procurement, and ensuring the security and safety of the human anatomy laboratories.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in anatomy, biology, biological anthropology, physiology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience that equates to four years. 3 years of experience related to cadaver laboratory management OR a combination of one-year direct cadaver experience and Masters degree in related field. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and set priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service. Demonstrated high professional and ethical standards. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
Preferred Experience:
Master’s Degree. Student supervisory experience.
Pay range: $45,000 - $55,000
