The University at Albany, SUNY, seeks to hire a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology with teaching and advising obligations for a large and growing undergraduate major in Human Biology. We seek a biological anthropologist able to teach a large introductory lecture course on Human Population Biology (AANT 211) as well as lab sections for Human Anatomy and Physiology (AANT 316). Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience. The successful candidate will teach the equivalent of three courses per semester. This is a temporary one-year appointment without possibility of renewal. Start date August 22, 2022.
