The American Journal of Physical Anthropology (AJPA) has four open positions for Early Career Editorial Board Members. Early Career EBMs work with the Associate Editor and Editor-in-Chief in a mentor/mentee relationship for up to two years. The Early Career EBMs will help move manuscripts through the review process under the guidance of an Associate Editor. To be eligible, an individual must have a PhD and must be either a postdoctoral scholar or assistant professor. We are particularly interested in individuals who specialize in primatology, skeletal biology, paleoanthropology, human variation and bioarchaeology. Please send a letter describing your qualifications and a current CV to Dr. Trudy Turner, Editor-in-Chief, AJPA, at [email protected]. The closing date for applications is April 20. We intend for Early Career EBMs to begin in May, 2021.
